1. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • All bookings are non-refundable, and no refund will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests must respect the property, natural surroundings, and other visitors.
  • Any damage to property or facilities caused by guests will be charged to them.
  • The use of alcohol, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

4. Couple Guidelines

  • Couples are welcome; however, both individuals must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License) must be provided by both guests at the time of check-in.
  • Guests are expected to maintain appropriate behavior that respects the privacy and comfort of others.

5. Safety Guidelines

  • Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the staff during activities such as trekking and camping.
  • The management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities are for registered guests only.
  • Guests are required to maintain cleanliness and leave all facilities in the condition they were provided.

7. Weather Conditions

  • Activities may be adjusted or canceled due to adverse weather conditions for safety reasons.
  • The management will make every effort to accommodate guests accordingly.

8. Rights of Admission

  • The management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask any guest to leave if their behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

9. Disclaimer

  • California Agro Tourrism and Camping is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • The management is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities or government regulations.
